Sample · IllustrativeWhitfield & Marsh is a fictional nine-attorney employment firm built to show the deliverables start to finish. No client data, no client results.
Whitfield & Marsh LLP
Columbus, OH · 9 Attorneys · 2 Support Staff · Employment Law · Fictional firm

Foundry Elected · $29,750 Fixed Build

6 chosen systems: Document Production; Intake & Routing; Meeting Intelligence; Follow-Through; Verification Gates; Knowledge Layer.
3 document types: Demand letter; Position statement; Severance review.
1 jurisdiction pack: Ohio employment matters, with applicable federal law.
4 fictional named-reviewer placeholders: Reviewer A: document-production lead; Reviewer B: intake and meeting-review lead; Reviewer C: authority and knowledge-standard lead; Reviewer D: follow-through lead and review backup. These are not real attorneys; real agreements identify individual reviewers before kickoff.

5 Software Integrations · Written Scope Trade

Base: Clio, OneDrive, Outlook.
Added through unused-scope trade: HubSpot, Calendly. No cash surcharge to the $29,750 build.
3 unused types + 2 packs$6,750
Allocated to 2 extra integrations$4,000 used
Remaining add-on credit at acceptance$2,750
Written pre-signing trade; credit is noncash, nonrefundable and valid for twelve months after acceptance. It cannot pay care invoices. The proposed NLRB module below has not been ordered and no credit has been debited.
All scope, dates, activity, review states, health metrics and changes in this report are simulated using synthetic fixtures: not an actual client, deployment or outcome. Historical month labels illustrate current terms; they are not an operating history. Each pipeline stays within the approved client boundary. No client content leaves the client project for testing, evaluation, monitoring, or diagnostics; synthetic fixtures only outside it. Actual provider, region, retention, and training terms must be verified against agreed data requirements before activation. Client-owned accounts alone are not proof of those terms; this fictional report is not a verified processor inventory. Your agreed build scope has a fixed price. Rework needed to pass its written acceptance criteria is included. New scope is separately quoted and approved in writing before work begins; it does not re-price the original build.
Documents Drafted
47
Prepared for attorney review by Document Production
Intakes Captured & Routed
63
Inquiries collected, qualified, and assigned by Intake & Routing
Meetings Summarized
41
Summaries prepared from consent-documented transcripts placed by authorized staff in the firm-owned OneDrive intake folder
Follow-Through Drafts Prepared
128
116 approved/sent + 12 queued = 128 drafts. 20 internal reminders counted separately; 0 unapproved sends.
Document Production 47 docs × 45 min avg saved = 2,115 min 35.25 hrs
Intake & Routing 63 intakes × 12 min avg saved = 756 min 12.60 hrs
Meeting Intelligence 41 meetings × 15 min avg saved = 615 min 10.25 hrs
Follow-Through 128 drafts × 4 min drafting-preparation time saved = 512 min 8.53 hrs
Modeled time returned in this illustrative month
Sum: 2,115 + 756 + 615 + 512 = 3,998 min / 60 = 66.6 hrs (rounded). Value uses unrounded minutes: 3,998 / 60 × $85 = $5,663.83, displayed as ~$5,664. The $85/hr loaded admin rate and all time estimates are simulated, directional assumptions, not audited savings or fees billed by Synapse Forge. This is one illustrative month of activity, not the annual audit forecast divided by twelve or evidence that validates that forecast. Capacity is not cash saved, profit, or guaranteed billings. Follow-through savings cover drafting preparation only; review and approval remain human work, with no review-time savings inferred. Verification Gates and Knowledge Layer support the workflow rows and the 47 document jobs; they receive no separate job or time-recovery credit.

~$5,664 modeled capacity value
Every client-facing communication requires affirmative approval of its current content and recipient by an authorized reviewer. Unreviewed, rejected, canceled and stale-edited drafts never send. Silence never approves a send; there is no four-hour timeout approval. Expired review windows trigger internal reminders only. Approval does not authorize unrelated actions.
Module Status Illustrative Continuity Jobs Run Review Gate Notes
Document Production Healthy No incident modeled 47 Client-facing drafts require affirmative review of current content and recipient before send. In this simulation, 6 of 47 drafts were edited by fictional reviewers; edits remain subject to review, not automatic template changes. Existing severance wording correction (see Changes)
Intake & Routing Healthy No incident modeled 63 A Clio intake stub and HubSpot contact capture the inquiry, not an approved active matter. Reviewer B confirms conflict clearance and assignment before the stub advances to an active matter. Each client-facing invitation or message still requires separate affirmative approval of current content and recipient. 2 re-routes this month (conflict check triggered). 1 existing field-mapping correction (see Changes)
Meeting Intelligence Healthy Queue/retry modeled 41 Summaries routed to assigned attorney for approval before filing. 3 summaries annotated with corrections; annotations archived. Purely fictional OneDrive connector 503 scenario, Aug 7; queued inputs held for retry. Not measured uptime or evidence of incident-response performance. No additional recording or transcription integration.
Follow-Through Healthy No incident modeled 128 128 drafts prepared = 116 approved/sent + 12 queued. 20 internal reminders are separate from the 128. 0 unapproved sends. Schedules do not approve messages; every send needs affirmative approval of current content and recipient. Existing Calendly reschedule bug corrected; revised drafts wait for renewed review (see Changes)
Verification Gates Healthy Supporting work Included in 47 document jobs Authority and source checks support authorized human review; they do not grant send approval. Synthetic checks within the approved client boundary; no separate job or recovery count.
Knowledge Layer Healthy Supporting work Included in 47 document jobs Approved firm materials support drafts; Reviewer C oversees authority and knowledge standards. Human review remains required. Synthetic fixtures only; no cross-client retrieval or separate recovery credit.

New module: dedicated NLRB charge-response document type

The existing Position statement type may already include charge responses. This proposal is a distinct, dedicated NLRB charge-response document type with a new schema and workflow, not correction of an existing position statement. Proposed module price: $1,250, with $1,250 proposed use of the $2,750 add-on credit. Only if accepted in writing would credit fall to $1,500. No order has been accepted, no credit has been debited and no care hours are allocated to this addition.

Proposed only · $2,750 credit remains now; $1,500 only if accepted

    Existing wage-and-hour intake routing correction

Proposed correction to the existing wage-and-hour routing rule: estimated 0.5 care hours, only if the approved criteria confirm it is a correction within existing scope. It does not add a new intake type or workflow. Rework necessary to pass the original written acceptance criteria remains included in the build, not charged to care. Work requiring new criteria must instead be separately scoped and approved in writing.

Conditional existing-scope refinement · 0.5 hours proposed, not yet used

Out of scope: new 30-day post-close sequence

A new post-close sequence is a capability outside the original acceptance criteria, not correction work under care. It requires a separate written module proposal and approval before work; no catalog SKU or price is assumed here. Any cash charges are calculated after accepted credit, with 30% due to start and 70% on acceptance. A fully credit-funded order has no cash charge. Any future client-facing draft still requires affirmative review of current content and recipient before send. Reusable product R&D is not billed to care.

Separate written module order required · no care allocation or approved price
